Major upgrade coming up

I'll be swamped with screaming customers. With lots of different reason they got. I hate change. That's what make all these headache. But then again, after the change, someone should realize the good outcome actually bring from the change. Is that all kind of bulls, I wonder!?! Guess I just have to wait and see!!!
